RML Moves to a New Home at OCC, Thailand's Tallest Office Building, Reinforcing Its Ultra-Luxury Real Estate Brand Image
RML (Raimon Land Public Company Limited) has relocated to ‘OCC (One City Centre)’, a luxury Grade A+ office building, the tallest in Thailand, located near BTS Phloen Chit. This move reinforces RML's image as a leader in the luxury and ultra-luxury real estate development sector and supports future business growth. The new office highlights a blend of workspaces and lifestyle amenities in one location, catering to the needs of all generations while aiming to create a Happy Workplace and Well-being Workplace, driven by a strong corporate culture.

Mr. Korn Narongdej, Chief Executive Officer of RML, stated, “At RML, we value every employee because they are our most valuable asset. We believe that if we take good care of our employees, it will lead to better work performance and allow us to deliver quality projects and excellent services to our clients. Currently, we have around 200 employees, with about 70% from Generation Y and 20% from Generation X. This age distribution is different from other real estate developers, as the luxury market requires skilled and experienced individuals. Additionally, we have younger staff in operational roles, which are crucial for helping the organization adapt to changes in the digital era, especially in the luxury real estate market where there is currently a shortage of employees. Since the end of June 2023, all RML employees have moved to OCC. This relocation marks a significant step for RML in preparing to become the number one brand in luxury and ultra-luxury real estate. Our new office is designed with the concept of Luxury Reimagined, which is the DNA of RML, emphasizing luxury, simplicity, and modernity, along with flexible work functions that cater to the diverse needs of our employees. We have also integrated various systems and technologies, such as a mobile app for building access, a contactless system within the building, lift calling via the mobile app, and a face scan system for entering and exiting the office, to enhance convenience for our employees.”

Connecting Happiness with the Workplace for Enhanced Efficiency
The move from Rajanakarn Building to the new home at OCC promotes a Sense of Luxury, which is a core identity of RML, making it clearer to support work across all of RML's iconic projects. The new office at OCC not only resides in an iconic building but is also designed to convey luxury while being a Happy Workplace for employees, simultaneously enhancing work performance.
RML has thoroughly studied employee needs and designed the office to suit their nature and requirements, rather than merely following trends. OCC features more meeting rooms than the previous office, accommodating both formal and informal discussions. Each meeting room is named after travel inspirations to reduce tension during bookings, such as London and Paris, allowing employees to feel as if they are traveling to famous cities during meetings. The workspace is open without partitions, with numerous spots for one-on-one conversations or coffee breaks throughout the office, fostering collaboration, idea exchange, and innovation while still providing sufficient private space for each employee. Additionally, there is a Flexible Working Area where employees can move equipment to work or hold informal meetings while enjoying a 360-degree view of the city. The dining area offers a breathtaking view that can be enjoyed every lunch and dinner, enhancing relaxation and creativity.
Well-being Workplace for All Generations
OCC is designed with a focus on the well-being of all employees, featuring over 5,000 square meters of green space both inside and outside the building for a refreshing work environment. It also enhances work efficiency with triple-glazed insulated windows that filter sunlight and sound, creating a quiet atmosphere conducive to concentration. The MERV14 system helps filter air and PM 2.5 dust, ensuring employees breathe clean air for a clear mind. Furthermore, OCC caters to lifestyle needs with convenience stores, popular cafes, and a food court featuring many renowned restaurants at affordable prices. The top floors include a Sky Bar on the 61st floor and a restaurant on the 58th floor, providing employees easy access to happiness throughout the day.
“Post-COVID-19, employees prioritize flexible working and a happy work environment as much as other factors. In addition to a joyful workplace, RML emphasizes Work-Life Balance, allowing employees to work 30 minutes less than at typical companies to give them time to return home to their families. We also value equality, encouraging everyone to voice their opinions and providing opportunities for talented individuals to grow. We hope that moving to OCC will lead the organization to future growth under a new working model,” Mr. Korn concluded.
